Richard Chiu

Richard Chiu is a seasoned VFX Supervisor and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the visual effects industry. As the co-founder and president of Torpedo Pictures, he has contributed to acclaimed projects like The Expanse, Locke & Key, and What We Do in the Shadows.

With a background in 3D and VFX compositing, Richard has led teams in crafting seamless visuals while gaining valuable on-set experience. Outside of VFX, he pursues ventures in other creative industries and enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time with his dogs.
